Local Finance Notice 2022-12 CY2021 Audit Deadline Extension and GASB 68 & 75 for Municipal and County Audits
- The Director may extend deadlines in the Local Budget Law, Local Fiscal Affairs Law, and Local Authorities Fiscal Control Law, when a Gubernatorially-declared state of emergency or public health emergency is in effect. The Directors June 15, 2022 Executive Order extended the deadline for audits to August 31, 2022.
